Mr. Dharmendra Varshney is Fellow Member of The institute of Chartered Accounts of India, and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India, and Law Graduate.
He is CFO and whole time Director of DS Spiceco Private Limited and has more than 30 years of experience in Field of Business Strategy, Finance, Company Law, Taxation etc.
Prior to this, he was CFO of Indo Simon Private Limited, Joint Venture of Spanish Company with one of famous electrical company in India. He was also key member of strategic team of Umesh Modi Group having interest in Pharma, steel, Cosmetic, and Sugar.
