Deepankar Arora is a passionate gourmand, a chef and Partner at Chefs At Work, a chef run stable that operates the critically acclaimed, modern-dining restaurant TAWAK, and the cloud-kitchen based delivery model Desiin Noida.
Deepankar grew up around some of the best food that Delhi has to offer. Believing his grandmother to be the finest cook in the world, he developed a passionate affair with food since his formative days.
Deepankar started his culinary journey at the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai and proceeded to train across the culinary spectrum to eventually graduated from the management-training program of Taj Hotels. After a successful stint as the creative force behind the revered patisserie of Taj Lands' End Mumbai he went on to work in Africa for 9 years in varied high-profile roles with Compass Group, Chevron etc.
Deepankar returned to India to pursue his passion as a chef/restaurateur and in 2014 introduced the denizens of Delhi-NCR to TAWAK-a Pan Asian restaurant that takes patrons on a culinary journey across Asia.
