Chef Satish Sharma has over 20 years of experience in bakery & pastry. He launched Jones the grocer which set the benchmark for premium Australian gourmet food stores in 1996.

Chef Satish has worked with Kempinski Grand Gelendzhik Black sea, Hilton, Gurgaon, Park Hyatt Chennai, Kempinski Seychelles Mahe Island, Grand Hyatt Doha amongst others.

Chef Satish is a certified departmental trainer by Hyatt for bakery and pastry in Grand Hyatt Doha.
