Rajesh is Founder & Managing Director of Alamak Capital Advisors Private Limited, a boutique investment banking & financial advisory firm.

He has proven expertise in development & promotion of innovative concepts within India. He has handled several M&A deals, spanning across diverse industries and geographies.

Prior to Alamak Capital he worked with reputed companies in leadership roles including Essar, United Colors of Benetton, Hutchison, Oxigen & India Hospitality Corp (IHC).

As the CFO of IHC, Rajesh handled the exit strategy formulation & implementation for sale of Sky Gourmet to Gate Group Zurich. He successfully spearheaded 100% acquisition of Adelie, one of the largest food companies in the UK, by IHC and its subsequent profitable divestment in the year 2015.

Rajesh is a fellow member of ICAI and ICSI. He also holds a 'Certificate in Valuation' from ICAI, New Delhi.
