As one of India's leading niche hospitality entrepreneurs, Ashish Dev Kapur has donned many hats. Before finding his calling in the F&B industry, Ashish pursued a degree in electronics and telecom engineering from the prestigious McGill University in Canada.
He worked for GE Capital across North America before returning to India to co-found Yo! China. Yo! China is India's first and largest chain of Chinese restaurants. Apart from Yo!China, Ashish is also the co-founder of Dimsum Bros, The Wine Company, Antares, Whisky Samba amongst others.

He is also a sought after speaker in various industry forms like FICCI, TiE, IRF, Franchise Association of India and at leadership seminars organized by leading international MBA schools like INSEAD. He is a theatre buff and loves acting. He has acted in plays staged across the world and even starred in a short international film.
