Amit Dua, a well known name in the catering industry, started his career with the Oberoi Intercontinental, New Delhi in 1976 and thereafter had various roles to play in organisations like the international trade fair authority, the Bistro and Gaylord to name a few. He was always fascinated with the food business bringing which lead to the inception of F&B, and he brought on board his experience, a team of talented professionals and above all his passion to deliver luxury. Today he is known for being the official caterer of the ex. Chief Minister of Delhi, Mrs. Sheila Dixit and has also organized many parties at 10, Janpath.

It has been his sheer passion and dedication which has made him a known name
