Mr. Sohrab Sitaram is the CEO of Super Milks Products Pvt. Ltd. which is the owner of the popular milkshake brand KEVENTERS operating 40 outlets pan India, Kenya and California and a Director of Square Root Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Sohrab has been associated with setting up some of the most successful restaurants and bars, Tabularasa, Chi Kitchen and Bar, Chi Asian Cookhouse, No escape, Shalom Goa, Smoke Signals Trevi, Laid Back Waters, Shalom, Italic and the current QSR brand Kenveters to name a few.

In his 19 years of work experience he has seen the F&B industry from the eyes of an employee, an investor and as a consultant and has also written articles for popular food & beverage magazine.

He is also the founder and director of Balance Hospitality a Consultancy firm which undertakes all the turnkey projects for restaurants.
