Chris Thomson is General Director of Lyoness India Pvt Limited and on behalf of the Lyoness group is responsible for bringing to India the world’s most successful loyalty programme for independent businesses.

Educated in his native Scotland at St Andrews University and with his professional qualifications from KPMG, Chris's career has spanned many and varied assignments in international brand management and high-end retailing. He has held senior executive positions in the UK, including CEO of Austin Reed Group and MD of a subsidiary of LVMH, the French luxury goods group. He is fully persuaded that enterprising businesses, particularly in the competitive hospitality sector, can really prosper with a well-developed customer loyalty programmes.

Chris has developed the Lyoness loyalty programme in the UK and Ireland, and is now seeking to deploy its advantages for the benefit of independent businesses in India.
