Chef Saransh Goila Celebrity Chef & Owner Goila Butter Chicken
At 29, Saransh Goila is an inspiration to all the aspiring chefs of India and a maverick in his own right. At an impressionable age of 12, Saransh displayed a contagious passion for all things "food". Working with some of the best properties like Taj and Leela hotel, he is a widely followed Food Columnist at the Discover India magazine.
His show, which was trumped as India's biggest food travelogue show,'Roti, Rasta Aur India', where he travelled 20,000 kms by road in a period of 100 days to discover India's bountiful food heritage, bagged a Limca Book of Records in 2014. He also launched "India On My Platter" in 2015 that opened with a ten-city tour and a lot of fanfare.
Chef Saransh is not just erudite about Indian cuisine - his repertoire of skills extends beautifully to Italian cuisine, bakery and confectionary.
