Moving directly from an engineering student to entrepreneurship, Eshwar Vikas pioneered kitchen robotics and automation. His first venture was a Quick Service Restaurant, and he wanted it to be the McDonald’s of Indian food that he co-founded during our college days.

However, while expanding his QSR, he realized maintaining the quality and consistency of the food is a real challenge. That’s when Eshwar used his engineering capabilities and developed kitchen automation solutions for commercial kitchens. Today, brands like Rebel Foods, Ola Foods, ITC, Chaayos, Swiggy, Wow Momo, Jubilant Food, and thousands of stand-alone outlets use these solutions for their kitchen.
