Mr. Siddharth Lal

Mr. Siddharth Lal is a Principal at Rabo Equity, advisors to the Indian food and agri-business sector focused private equity fund, India Agri Business Fund. The Fund is sponsored by Rabobank Netherlands and has made eight investments till date across the food and agri value chain. Siddharth is responsible for investments, portfolio management and exits.

He holds a management degree from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Economics graduate from St. Stephen�s College, Delhi University.

Siddharth has over 15 years of work experience. Prior to his role in private equity, he was an investment banker for seven years with KPMG Corporate Finance and Rabo India Securities where he advised several companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and disposals as well as private equity syndications. Prior to that, he worked for four years with Arthur Andersen and also spent a few years with two start-up ventures in the field of education and healthcare.
