Mr. Saurabh Khanijo started his career with poultry farming. He opened his own travel agency in 1995 and scaled up to 3 travel agencies by 2004. Then he started his first restaurant, The Kylin Experience, as Delhi�s first Oriental lounge bar in 2005.

Subsequently, in 2006 he started Sartoria, an Italian fine dining in the posh Vasant Vihar area. Diversifying into nightlife, he started Ivy in 2007 relaunching it as Poison Ivy the Nightclub in the following years. The brand new venture Kylin Premier and Sky Bar in the premium mall trio at Vasant Kunj was launched in 2011.

After obtaining a Bachelor�s Degree from College of Vocation Studies in 1991 he did his MBA from Amity for a 1-year period in 1993. Being at the helm, Saurabh has positioned himself as a specialist in engineering, people management, design and marketing. As an owner he is committed to good customer service and possesses strong administrative and management skills.
