Mr. Manu Mohindra started Under One Roof in 1997, the company was incorporated in 2000. It has now done over 600 restaurants and consulted for more than 90 hotels and a luxury train. Projects have been across 39 cities of India, the Middle East, South East Asia and the USA.

Manu graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi. He joined Taj as a Chef Trainee, later became a chef with the Taj Group. Then he moved on to ITC as a chef.

Manu enjoys a decade-long experience of managing kitchens with the Taj Group of Hotels. His last professional designation was as Executive Chef with the ITC Hotels. His rich yet varied experience has over the years helped him to specialise in Continental cuisines � Italian and French. In addition, he is also acknowledged for his kitchen designing skills.
