Mr Araujo brings extensive knowledge and experience of over 18 years in the hospitality industry and has been associated with global brands and leading hotels like Inter Continental Central Park South and the historic New York Palace in New York city, as well as Fairmont Southampton Resort in Bermuda and his last assignment at Fairmont Dubai was as Director Food & Beverage.

As a seasoned culinarian and passionate hotelier, Mr Araujo has spent the better part of over 23 years in Europe, Middle East, Caribbean, and North America.
